सिंह इज किंग ने बनाए नए रिकार्ड

अक्षय कुमार और विपुल शाह ने प्रचार के तरीके सीख लिए हैं। सिंह इज किंग को चर्चा में रखने के लिए दोनों लगातार मीडिया से मुलाकात और बातचीत कर रहे हैं। सोमवार को उन्होंने जश्न-ए-कामयाबी की पार्टी भी रख दी और बताया कि सिंह इज किंग ने सारे पुराने रिकार्ड तोड़ दिए हैं। अक्षय कुमार और विपुल शाह को और क्या चाहिए?

अत्यंत कारगर तरीके से प्रचारित सिंह इज किंग को ओपनिंग अपेक्षा से थोड़ी कम रही। शत-प्रतिशत ओपनिंग नहीं हो सकी। मुंबई में बारिश की वजह से दर्शकों को दिक्कत हुई। मुंबई में एक मल्टीप्लेक्स ने प्रति दिन 28 शो रखे और उतने दर्शक जुटा लिए। सिंह इज किंग के संबंध में समीक्षकों की मिश्रित प्रतिक्रिया है। उसकी वजह से ऐसा माना जा रहा है आने वाले दिनों में दर्शक कम होंगे। उससे वितरकों और प्रदर्शकों को थोड़ा नुकसान हो सकता है, क्योंकि यह फिल्म भारी कीमत में सभी ने खरीदी है। फिल्म की लागत अधिक होने के कारण कलेक्शन की राशि को मुनाफा बनने में वक्त लगेगा। विपुल शाह खुश हैं कि उनकी फिल्म ने आरंभिक कलेक्शन के नए रिकार्ड बनाए हैं।

अगली और पगली के प्रति बनी आरंभिक जिज्ञासा समाप्त हो चुकी है। पिछले हफ्ते इस फिल्म के दर्शक अचानक कम हो गए। कुछ सिनेमाघरों ने सिंह इज किंग के अतिरिक्त शो केलिए अगली और पगली उतार दी। मिशन इस्तांबुल और मनी है तो हनी है की अब चर्चा नहीं है।

इस हफ्ते सिद्धार्थ आनंद की बचना ऐ हसीनों और रूमी जाफरी की गॉड तूसी ग्रेट हो आ रही है। पहली रोमांटिक और दूसरी कामेडी फिल्म है।

अक्षय कुमार अब गाएंगे गाना

मुंबई। अभिनेता अक्षय कुमार अब गायन में भी अपना हाथ आजमाना चाहते हैं।

उनकी आने वाली फिल्म ‘चांदनी चौक टु चाइना‘ अपने नाम की वजह से काफी चर्चा में है। दरअसल, यह फिल्म अक्षय कुमार की लाइफ पर बेस है।

बहुत कम लोग जानते होंगे कि अक्षय कुमार का असली नाम राजीव भाटिया है और उनका जन्म अमृतसर में हुआ था। ‘चांदनी चौक टु चाइना‘ में दिखाया गया है कि किस तरह अमृतसर में जन्मे और चांदनी चौक में पले-बढ़े अक्षय कुमार बाद में बतौर शेफ बैंकॉक तक जा पहुंचे थे।

सुनने में आया है कि अपनी जिंदगी पर बन रही फिल्म से बेहद उत्साहित अक्षय इसके लिए एक गाना भी गाने जा रहे हैं। इस गाने की ट्यून के लिए अक्षय जाने-माने पॉप ग्रुप आरडीबी के साथ तैयारी कर रहे हैं।

लॉस एंजिलस में ‘कमबख्त इश्क‘ की शूटिंग के दौरान अक्षय ने खुद आरडीबी के मेंबर्स से इस गाने के बारे में बात की थी। ख़बर है कि इस गाने की रेकॉर्डिंग जल्द ही की जाएगी।

मुंबई। सानिया मिर्ज़ा ने कहा है कि अभिनेत अक्षय कुमार सबसे हॉट हैं।

सानिया ने कुछ शर्माते हुए बताया, ‘अक्षय कुमार मेरे फेवरिट स्टार है। मैं उनकी कोई फिल्म मिस नहीं करती। मैंने हाल ही में ‘सिंह इज़ किंग‘ देखी थी। मेरा मानना है कि अक्षय दिन पर दिन हॉट होते जा रहे हैं। सच, इस समय उनके जितना स्मार्ट कोई नहीं है।‘

सानिया अक्षय की तो खुलकर तारीफ करती हैं, लेकिन शाहिद कपूर से संबंधों के सवाल पर चुप्पी साध लेती हैं। क्या यह सच है कि शाहिद की फिल्मों की स्पेशल स्क्रीनिंग के समय आप मौजूद रहती हैं? आपको कई बार उनके साथ डिनर लेते भी देखा गया? इस सवाल के जवाब में सानिया ने शब्दों का चयन काफी सावधानी से किया।

उनका कहना था, ‘मुंबई में मेरे काफी रिश्तेदार और करीबी दोस्त हैं। जब भी मैं यहां आती हूं, सबसे मिलती हूं। अब मैं आपको यह तो बता नहीं सकती कि किसके साथ मेरे कैसे संबंध हैं। मैं अपने फ्रेंड्स के साथ डिनर पर भी जाती हूं। पर इसके आगे कोई बात नहीं है। जब मैं अपनी पर्सनल लाइफ के बारे में कुछ शेयर करना चाहूंगी तो ज़रूर करूंगी।‘

Akshay Kumar brand ambassador of IIFA’s ‘green movement’

Bollywood star Akshay Kumar has been named the brand ambassador of International Indian Film Academy’s (IIFA) Green Global Foundation, which champions the issue of global warming through various international events.

“Being the brand ambassador for the Green Globe Foundation is a great honour for me as it gives me an opportunity to highlight the fight against global warming,” the actor said in Mumbai Monday.

In an attempt to strengthen its commitment towards fighting the issue of climate change, IIFA launched the Green Global Foundation this year.

The foundation is the initiative of IIFA and Wizcraft International Entertainment.

United Nations Environmental Programme and The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), headed by R.K. Pachauri, are the partners of the foundation.

In a symbolic gesture towards the climate change issue, instead of the usual red carpet reception to the celebrities, the IIFA had a green carpet reception at the IIFA Weekend in Bangkok this year.
